Benjamin Bautista

My name is Benjamin Bautista (Ben). My volleyball career began in 2001 in Tucson Arizona. I continue to play throughout high school then USAV. My Coaching career begin as an assistant for my younger brothers middle school. Then youth girls clubs and coed camps for five seasons. These opportunities gave me a greater appreciation and love for the game of volleyball.

 

As a coach I encourage athletes to take ownership of their team. This allows the athletes an opportunity for leadership and an understanding that everything they gain on the court, and in life, is earned by what they invest. My goal as a coach is to provide the athlete with the fundamentals and mindset to succeed.
