Ban is a dedicated and passionate volleyball coach with over 25 years of experience guiding athletes of all levels. He was a three-sport athlete in high school, receiving all-conference honors in football and all-state honors in track. He played college volleyball at Oregon State University where he also coached the top OSU Women’s Club team. In 2019, Ban was inducted into the Reynolds High School hall of fame for his accomplishments in Track & Field.

 

Since moving to Bend, he has coached for numerous volleyball clubs and schools including High Desert Middle School and Summit High School. Ban is committed to developing well-rounded athletes who excel both on and off the court. His coaching style is characterized by his work ethic and a focus on creating a positive and supportive team environment. He brings a deep understanding of the game and is well regarded in the coaching community.
